1. Agreement to Terms

By registering or using the Squdo Student Administration System, school administrators agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering on behalf of an educational academy, you verify that you hold legal signing rights.

2. Software Usage & Gated Operations

• Administrators must not share system JWT authorization tokens with external parties.
• Biometric synchronization features must comply with local privacy rules regarding student data logs.
• Spamming parental portals with automated promotional broadcasts is restricted.

3. Support SLAs

Squdo uses high-availability servers. We strive to provide a 99.9% uptime rate. Maintenance updates are scheduled during off-peak night hours to avoid class hour downtime.

4. Terms of Billing & Subscriptions

Service subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Failure to settle balance dues within 14 calendar days can trigger provisional portal locking until accounting is cleared.
