At Squdo, we collect student records, parent email and phone numbers, school financial ledgers data, and login analytics logs to operate the Student Administration System securely.
In addition, biometric punch parameters linked to hardware integration are stored as unique localized tokens. We do not store raw parent images or raw fingerprint scans, only mathematical check coordinates.
2. How We Use Collected Information
The information logged in our system serves the following critical operations:
- Verifying parent-student relationships for check-in audits.
- Transmitting automated SMS notifications and WhatsApp support updates.
- Generating digital grade card marksheets and print invoices.
- Preventing malicious script login attempts via role-based JWT control.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell educational data logs or demographic contacts profiles to third-party advert groups. All data transfers take place over secure SSL layers utilizing encrypted JSON hashes.
Databases are updated daily with automated backups, protecting your records from system hardware failures.
